On the assumption that a single RoomWizard costs £1599, over a 3 year period this equates to £2.31 per day.   (£1599 ÷ 780 [156 weeks x 5 Days])

If we can assume that each meeting room is used 4 times per day, then the cost of buying a RoomWizard to book and control your meeting is reduced to £0.58p per meeting.  Yes, less than the price of a cup of coffee!
